Return policy

1. Products purchased in the store can be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the sales transaction, in accordance with the company's policy and Article 15, Clause 1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Consumer Rights Protection.
2. If the consumer has not used the purchased product and its original appearance, consumer properties, seal, label, as well as the receipt or other accompanying documents (warranty card, etc.) have been preserved, the product can be exchanged or returned.
3. To return or exchange a product, the customer must visit the store where the purchase was made.
4. If there is no suitable product available at the time of exchange, the consumer has the right to choose another product of equivalent value or receive a refund for the returned product.

Information on non-returnable products

According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Consumer Rights Protection and Resolution No. 114 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

1. Gold and gold products.
2. Products made of precious and semi-precious metals and stones.
3. All types of fabrics and certain measured goods (ribbons, braids, trims), except in cases of manufacturing defects.
4. Perfume and cosmetic products.
5. Men's, women's, and children's swimwear.
6. Underwear for preschool-aged and newborn children.
7. Household chemical products.
8. Personal hygiene items (toothbrushes, combs, hair rollers, etc.).
9. Children’s toys.
10. Men's, women's, and children's socks and underwear that have been used or have missing labels, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
11. Plastic products intended for food storage.
12. Food products that have been purchased and removed from the store (within their expiration period).
