Delivery and payment

When ordering, you can use the "Pick up from the store" service, choose a time slot during the day, and pick up the collected products from the nearest Neptun Supermarket branch.

Pickup service is available at the following branches:

• Neptun - 28 May
• Neptun - 20 Yanvar
• Neptun - Halglar Doslugu
• Neptun - Bineqedi
• Neptun - Keshla
• Neptun - White City

• The delivery service is valid only in our branches within the city of Baku. 
• Delivery is made on weekdays and weekends from 08:00 to 23:00. 
• Online order starts from a minimum of 20 Azn. For orders from 20 AZN to 50 AZN.
• The delivery fee will be 5 AZN, and for orders over 50 AZN, the delivery fee will be free. 
• The order will be delivered to the address within 2-3 hours.

• It is possible to speed up the delivery process by using the "express delivery" service when ordering.
• At this time, the delivery process will be completed within 30-45 minutes.

• During delivery by courier, you can pay in cash at the door.
• Payment is accepted only in national currency.

• When placing an order, enter the available payment methods, select the "Payment by bank card" section and confirm your order. 
• You can use Visa and MasterCard payment cards for online payment. 
• Enter the card details and security code in the appropriate boxes to confirm the payment.

❗ Please note that the use of foreign cards in the payment process is not valid.
