Neptun bonus card

Standard Bonus Card

  • Bonuses are credited to the bonus card for any purchase, regardless of the amount.

  • You can visit any Neptun supermarket branch and fill out the bonus card application form at the customer service section to quickly obtain a Standard Bonus Card. Registration requires an identity card (original or copy) and FIN code.

Classic Bonus Card

  • Customers who spend 300 AZN or more at Neptun within 40 days with their bonus card will receive a new Classic Bonus Card.
  • For every purchase you make, your bonuses will be doubled. You will earn bonuses for every penny spent.
  • With the bonuses you accumulate, you will be able to redeem even more valuable bonus rewards.
  • Every Friday, you will earn 50 bonus points for a purchase of 50 AZN.
  • You will earn extra bonuses on selected products.
  • You will have access to exclusive promotions tailored just for you.
  • Delivery for your online orders will be free of charge.
  • To benefit from the Neptun Bonus Card and earn cashback, the card must be presented to the cashier.
  • Bonuses accumulated on the card can be spent as cash at the checkout.
  • If the bonus card remains inactive for 60 days, it will be deactivated and cannot be used.
  • For Classic Card registration, an identity card (original or copy) and FIN code are required.
  • When the accumulated bonuses on the card reach the value of a specific product, they can be used to obtain that product for free.
  • If the card is lost or transferred to another person, you must contact the supermarket, call 162, or reach out via WhatsApp at +994 55 206 15 02 and present an identity card (original or copy). Once the information is provided, the Bonus Card will be quickly restored and handed back to the customer.
